What to do if my card or phone is lost or stolen?

Losing your card or phone can be stressful. If this happens, please act as soon as possible to help keep your Brighty account and funds secure.


If your physical card is lost or stolen

If you lose your physical card, or believe it may have been stolen, please freeze or terminate the card immediately. Freezing the card is a temporary action. You can unfreeze it later if you find the card and feel it is safe to use again.

If your phone is lost or stolen

If your phone has been lost or stolen, we recommend logging in to your Brighty account from another device as soon as possible. Once logged in, please update your login details and make sure your account remains secure.

If you cannot access your account from another device, please contact our Support Team - we can temporarily suspend your account to help protect it from unauthorized access until you regain control.


If you do not remember your account details

If you no longer remember your password or other account details, please contact our Support Team. We will guide you through the necessary steps to help you safely regain access.
