What is happening to my account?
As part of the wind-down of our Polish entity, Wireflexion will cease providing services to you with effect from 1st of July 2026. Bequant Pro Ltd has been appointed as your new provider and will be onboarding you during July 2026.
Why is this change happening?
This change is part of a planned transition of our service structure. Wireflexion is being wound down, and Bequant Pro Ltd has been appointed to continue providing your crypto and banking services going forward.
When exactly will I be onboarded to Bequant Pro Ltd?
Onboarding will take place during July 2026. We are working closely with Bequant Pro Ltd to ensure a smooth transition and will confirm your exact onboarding date as soon as it is available.
Will there be any disruption to my service?
There will be a transitional period between 30 June 2026 and the completion of your onboarding with Bequant Pro Ltd, during which certain services will be temporarily restricted. Full details are below.
The Transitional Period
Can I still withdraw my funds during the transition?
Yes. Withdrawals of both crypto and fiat funds will remain available throughout the entire transitional period. You are free to withdraw your funds at any time.
Can I make FX transactions during the transition?
No. FX operations will not be available during the transitional period. No foreign exchange transactions can be processed until your new account with Bequant Pro Ltd is fully active.
Will my Visa card still work?
No. Visa cards will be frozen for the duration of the transitional period.
Will my Mastercard still work?
Mastercard functionality will be limited during the transitional period. Transactions will only be possible from euro-denominated transactional accounts. Payments from other account types will not be available.
What happens to my Vaults?
Vaults will not generate earnings during the transitional period. However, withdrawals from Vaults will remain available throughout this time, so you can access your funds if needed.
How long will the transitional period last?
The transitional period runs from the end of the day on 30 June 2026 until your onboarding with Bequant Pro Ltd is complete. We will keep you updated on progress and confirm once the transition is finished.
What You Should Do
Is there anything I should do before 30 June 2026?
Yes. If you have any time-sensitive operations — such as FX transactions, vault activity, or card payments — we strongly recommend completing these before 30 June 2026 to avoid disruption.
What if I don't want to wait for the transition to complete?
You may withdraw your funds in full at any time, both before and during the transitional period, if you prefer not to wait.
Do I need to take any action to be onboarded with Bequant Pro Ltd?
We will share further details and instructions as the onboarding date approaches. At this stage, no action is required from you.
