Why haven’t I heard or seen much about Brighty so far?

Answer: Brighty has been around since 2021, but it chose not to engage in any marketing or PR activities during its development phase.

The company was focused on developing its app and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements were met before the official launch. This approach is often called "stealth mode," where a startup remains relatively quiet about its product or service until it is fully prepared for public use.

Brighty essentially wanted to make sure that "everything works perfectly" before going "public" with its product and releasing it to the wider market.

Does Brighty have physical branches or an office I can visit?

Answer: Brighty or Razz Finanzz AG currently does not operate offices or branches open to customers, as its services are exclusively provided through its app or online.

However, Brighty is planning so-called "Brighty open-days," which will give customers the opportunity to meet team members in person and get a glimpse of their working environment.

Does Brighty report my crypto earnings to the tax authorities?

Answer: No, Brighty does not submit information regarding the amounts or transactions in your euro account or cryptocurrency wallet. It is your responsibility to declare your taxable crypto transactions each year.

What is Brighty's connection to Switzerland?

  • Brighty's headquarters, where strategic decisions, management, and operations are conducted, are located in Switzerland.
