How can I edit my personal information?

How to edit my display name and username?

You can update your display name and username directly in the app:

  1. Open your Brighty App

  2. Go to "Profile"

  3. Tap "Edit Profile"

  4. Update your display name or username.

Your changes will be applied immediately.


How to change my profile picture?

To update your profile picture:

  1. Open your Brighty App

  2. Go to "Profile"

  3. Tap your current profile picture

  4. Select or upload a new image


How to update my email address or phone number?

You can update your contact details directly in the app:

  1. Open your Brighty App

  2. Go to "Profile"

  3. Select "Security"

  4. Choose the information you wish to update

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions


How to change my password or passcode?

To update your password or passcode:

  1. Open your Brighty App

  2. Go to "Profile"

  3. Select "Security"

  4. Enter your current passcode when requested

  5. Select the option to update your password or passcode

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions


Updating personal information that requires verification

Some personal information cannot be edited directly through the app due to regulatory and verification requirements. Please contact our Support Team if you would like to update any of the following:

  • Country of residence

  • Residential address

  • Nationality

  • Legal sex

  • Other identity-related information

To process these changes, we may ask you to provide supporting documentation, such as:

  • Proof of address

  • Passport or national ID card

  • Residence permit

  • Other relevant verification documents

Our team will review the documentation and update your information where applicable.
