How Cashback Balances are Credited
Promotional offers like cashback campaigns reward users with a specific amount of cryptocurrency (e.g., USDC) that gets credited to their cashback account. Such balances are typically linked to particular promotions and contribute to a Rewards section in the app.
Why is My Cashback Balance Locked?
When cashback funds are credited, they remain locked until a scheduled release date defined by the promotional terms. During this locked period:
These funds cannot be spent or withdrawn.
Cashback remains visible in your balance for monitoring but is not usable.

When and How Can I Withdraw My Cashback?
