Apple Pay is currently unavailable for Mastercard cards due to ongoing technical updates and system-related maintenance. At the moment Google Pay for Mastercard cards remains fully operational, and Apple Pay is available for Visa cards.
Having trouble adding your card to Apple Pay?
If you experience issues while trying to add your card to Apple Pay through the Brighty app, please try adding the card manually through the Apple Wallet application instead.
To do this:
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone
Tap the “+” icon
Select “Debit or Credit Card”
Follow the on-screen instructions
If the card still cannot be added, please contact our Support Team and provide the last 4 digits of your card - our team will be happy to review the matter and assist with activating your card.
Experiencing issues with Google Pay?
Activating Google Pay is quick and simple. Just follow these steps:
Open the Brighty app
Select the card you would like to add
Tap “Add to Google Pay”
Follow the instructions displayed on your screen
Complete the verification process if requested
Once completed, your card will be added to Google Pay and ready for use.
If you are unable to activate Google Pay, we also recommend trying to add the card manually directly through the Google Wallet application. Additionally, please make sure that:
your phone number is correct and active
you are successfully receiving OTP/SMS verification codes
your device software is up to date
If the issue continues, please contact our Support Team and let us know:
what error or issue appears during the setup process
whether OTP verification codes are being received properly
