Supported phone numbers
At this time, we only deliver SMS confirmation codes to European phone numbers. If your current phone number is not a European number, the SMS code will not be delivered. In this case, we recommend adding a different European phone number and trying again.
What to do if you do not receive the SMS code?
SMS delivery can sometimes be affected by your mobile network, device settings, roaming status, or your mobile operator. In many cases, the issue can be resolved by checking a few settings on your phone.
Please try the following steps:
1. Restart your phone - a simple restart can refresh your mobile connection and help restore normal SMS delivery.
2. Check roaming setting - if you are currently abroad and using your phone in roaming mode, please check with your mobile provider whether SMS services are enabled while roaming.
3. Make sure no numbers are blocked - check whether your phone has any message filters enabled that could prevent incoming SMS messages from being received.
4. Check available storage on your phone - if your device storage is full, it may affect your ability to receive or store new SMS messages.
5. Verify your date and time settings - incorrect settings can sometimes interfere with secure authentication processes.
6. Turn off Wi-Fi temporarily - this helps rule out issues related to Wi-Fi calling or network routing.
7. Check iMessage or RCS settings - if you use Apple iMessage or Android RCS Messaging, make sure these services are not interfering with normal SMS delivery.
8. Test whether you can receive other OTP codes - this can help determine whether the issue is specific to one service or affects SMS delivery more generally.
9. Contact your mobile operator - your operator may be able to confirm whether the messages are reaching their network.
