1.1. Welcome to the Crypt Hunters Contest (the "Contest"), the biggest online crypt organized by Razz Finanzz AG ("Organizer") in partnership with Willyrex. The Contest has no affiliation to Mojang Studios or Microsoft, Inc.

1.2. By participating in the Contest, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2.2. Participants must have a valid Minecraft account and access to the internet.

2.3. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.4 Participants must have Brighty App downloaded, passed verification and issued their Brighty digital card. Brighty App is only available to European Economic Area (EEA) residents.

3.1. All parties must register before The Contest start time (17:00 CET on the 28th of July). The Contest will run from 17:00 CET to 18:00 CET ("Contest Period").

3.2. Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be considered.

4.1. To enter the Contest, participants must register, pass verification in the Brighty App and issue a Brighty digital card. If you have any issues registering, please contact support@brighty.app via email or in-app and our team will be happy to assist you.

4.2. Participants must play Minecraft on the designated server and complete the specified tasks or challenges. A total of 30 players will be selected to participate in the Live Stream contest. Chosen players will be contacted via email by the 28th of July.

4.3. The 30 selected participants will receive a game invitation on the day of the Contest. Participation is only available on desktop computers.

4.4. Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.

5.1. Participants must adhere to the official Minecraft rules and the additional rules set by the Organizer for the Contest.

5.2. Cheating, hacking, or use of any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5.3. Respectful behavior towards other participants and organizers is expected at all times.

6.1. Winners will be selected based on their performance in the specified tasks or challenges.

6.2. Winners will be notified via email or phone by the 31st of July, 2024.

6.4. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final and binding.

7.1. The total prize pool for the Crypto Hunters Contest is 40,000 euros in Bitcoin (the exchange rate on the day of the transfer is used). 30,000 euros in BTC will be awarded for the Minecraft live game winner. 10,000 euros in BTC will be distributed to various users for their engagement, content creation and watching the live stream.

7.2. All prizes will be distributed to the designated winner accounts on Brighty App. Prizes will be distributed no later than the 31st of July, 2024.

7.3. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7.4. Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

8.1. By participating in the Contest, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, and gameplay footage for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8.2. All submissions and entries become the property of the Organizer.

9.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other issues beyond their control that may affect the Contest.

9.2. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or liability arising from their participation.

10.1. The Organizer will collect and use participants' personal information in accordance with their Privacy Notice.

12.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.

12.2. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be announced by Willyrex and across the Organizer’s social media channels.

12.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By entering the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
