All data provided by our customers is stored safely and securely in the European Union. We retain all data provided by customers for the duration of their active use of the Brighty App plus five years, unless a different legal provision demands longer or shorter storing of the data.

We take data security seriously, and all data provided by our customers is encrypted and transmitted only in a safe and secure manner, and only if necessary.
Data Sharing
At Brighty, we only share data with external service providers if it is absolutely necessary for the provision of the service or the full functioning of the app. We share data only with fully audited and vetted external service providers. Currently, we share data with Fireblocks, Chanalysis, Sumsub and Blackthorn. In each case, only the absolute minimum of required data is being shared.

We only operate via entities/branches or subsidiaries that are fully regulated, audited and legally compliant in relation to the laws of the European Union, as well as the laws of Switzerland.
