Temporary Unavailability of VISA Cards

We would like to inform you that, due to ongoing technical updates and system-related maintenance, Visa card services are currently unavailable.

Updated over a week ago

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, due to ongoing technical updates and system-related maintenance, Visa card services are currently unavailable.

VISA Cards (Physical & Virtual):
❌ Not working: December 29, 2025 - January 24, 2026
This also includes Apple Pay and Google Pay linked to VISA.

Our technical teams are actively working to complete the required updates and to restore full Visa card functionality as promptly as possible. During this period, Visa card issuance and usage will be temporarily impacted.

In the meantime:

MasterCard:
✅ Google Pay: 100% functional throughout
⚠ Apple Pay: Brief pause, returns mid January

Everything Else:
✅ All funds remain safe and accessible
✅ You can send and receive IBAN transfers
✅ You can buy, sell, swap, and send crypto

What You Should Do:

If you rely on VISA and don't have a MasterCard yet:
1. Issue a virtual Brighty MasterCard today
2. Add it to Google Pay (Apple Pay will be available in early
January)
3. You can also use the virtual card for online payments

Why We're Doing This:

We're in the process of obtaining MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets)
licensing, which is the gold standard for crypto regulation in Europe.
It's a significant investment that will make Brighty more secure, more
reliable, and better positioned for long-term growth.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. We wish you a pleasant holiday season!

Best regards,

Brighty Team
